ALVA-132 Metal Scrap Aluminum Scrap Steel Crusher

The 132 metal shredder caters to small and medium-sized industrial crushing needs, suitable for crushing medium-hardness metal materials such as scrap steel, automotive wheels, and thick-walled steel pipes. Equipped with a 15-22kW dual-motor drive system and an upgraded feed port size of 300×350mm, the crushing capacity is increased to 1-3 tons per hour. The hammer head is constructed of high-chromium alloy and reinforced through a special heat treatment process, achieving a hardness exceeding HRC58. This allows for efficient crushing of scrap steel materials under 6mm thick. The innovative “dual-chamber crushing + grading screening” structure meets the pre-processing standards of most metal recycling plants. It also features an intelligent overload protection device that automatically shuts down the machine if it encounters unbreakable hard objects, significantly enhancing operational safety and equipment life.

Body

The Alva crusher’s body is cast from a single piece of high-strength alloy steel and undergoes multiple precision machining and reinforcement processes, resulting in excellent structural rigidity and impact resistance. It can easily withstand the continuous loads and vibrations of scrap steel and iron during crushing operations, and is remarkably resistant to deformation and cracking over long periods of use. Furthermore, the body’s surface is treated with a professional anti-rust coating, making it suitable for diverse operating conditions, both in workshops and outdoors. This effectively delays rust and aging, significantly extending the equipment’s overall service life.

Structure

The overall structure of the equipment utilizes a modular design with a compact and efficient layout. Each functional unit is tightly integrated and clearly defined, minimizing equipment footprint and facilitating subsequent maintenance, inspection, and component replacement. Key connections are secured with high-strength bolts and equipped with multiple shock-absorbing devices to significantly reduce overall vibration and noise during operation. Furthermore, the structural design fully considers material flow, ensuring a smooth transition from feeding to crushing to conveying, effectively preventing material blockage and ensuring continuous and stable operation.

Conveyor Belts

The dedicated heavy-duty conveyor belt is made of highly wear-resistant rubber with a multi-layered high-strength polyester canvas core, offering exceptional tear and puncture resistance. It’s suitable for conveying sharp and heavy materials such as scrap metal. The belt’s surface features anti-slip grooves, effectively preventing material slippage and deviation during conveyance, ensuring stable conveying efficiency. An intelligent tensioning adjustment system automatically maintains optimal belt tension, minimizing deviation and slippage. The belt is also easy to replace, reducing ongoing maintenance costs.

Motor

Equipped with an industrial-grade, high-efficiency asynchronous motor with strong power output and ample torque reserve, it provides continuous and stable power to the crushing and conveying systems, easily handling the crushing of various scrap metal specifications. The motor’s advanced heat dissipation design ensures high heat dissipation, enabling long-term, continuous full-load operation and effectively reducing the risk of failure due to overheating. Furthermore, the motor’s operating energy consumption has been optimized to significantly reduce energy consumption per unit of material handled while maintaining high power performance, improving equipment economics.
