The 2000 Metal Shredder is the ultra-large flagship model in the Alva series, designed specifically for global recycling companies and large steel groups. Suitable for metal scrap shredding projects with an annual processing capacity of over 500,000 tons, it can handle ultra-heavy and oversized metal materials, including scrapped ship components, large generator casings, and the wreckage of heavy construction machinery. Equipped with a 630-800kW multi-motor drive system and a feed opening measuring 2000×2500mm, the shredder boasts a crushing capacity exceeding 50-80 tons per hour. Its crushing chamber utilizes a three-stage crushing structure, continuously operating through coarse, medium, and fine crushing to crush steel plates over 30mm thick in one go. Integrating IoT technology and equipped with an intelligent production management system, the shredder collects real-time data on production capacity, energy consumption, and hammer wear. Remote operation and maintenance, as well as production scheduling, are enabled through a cloud-based platform. Featuring an enclosed, environmentally friendly workstation, the shredder meets the highest international environmental standards for dust and noise emissions. It is a core piece of equipment for large-scale, intelligent, and environmentally friendly production at large metal recycling facilities.

01
Constructed from high-quality, high-strength steel, the overall structure has been optimized through finite element analysis, ensuring both rigidity and toughness. It can withstand the tremendous impact forces generated during scrap metal crushing and resists deformation during long-term use. The surface of the machine has been professionally treated with corrosion and rust prevention, making it suitable for a variety of working environments, including workshops and outdoor environments. This significantly enhances the machine’s durability and extends maintenance intervals.

02
Conveying
The conveying system utilizes a multi-stage, modular design, ensuring precise connection between each conveyor belt and smooth, stable operation. The conveyor belts are made of a highly wear-resistant and tensile-resistant special rubber material with an anti-slip surface treatment, ensuring efficient and smooth conveying of materials such as scrap steel and iron, preventing jamming and slipping. The conveying speed can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs. Intelligent monitoring devices provide real-time monitoring of conveying status, ensuring continuous and efficient material flow and boosting overall production efficiency.
03
Welding
The machine body and key components are welded with sophisticated craftsmanship, utilizing fully automated CNC welding technology. The welds are uniform, dense, and strong. Rigorous non-destructive testing has confirmed the welds are free of defects such as pores and cracks, ensuring they can withstand the high impact and vibration of crushing operations, ensuring the structural stability and reliability of the equipment and providing a solid foundation for long-term, stable operation.

04
Motor
The dedicated motor is highly efficient and energy-efficient, delivering strong and stable power output. Utilizing advanced variable frequency speed regulation technology, it intelligently adjusts the speed based on load changes, significantly reducing energy consumption while meeting crushing power requirements. The motor is equipped with an efficient heat dissipation system, maintaining a suitable temperature even during long-term continuous operation, effectively extending the motor’s service life and reducing downtime.
