1. Log cutting equipment: Cut logs to the required length for subsequent processing, such as using band saws and other equipment.

2. Log debarking machine: Remove the bark on the surface of logs to ensure the quality of the board. There are mechanical debarking and chemical debarking methods. Common ones include drum debarking machines.

3. Peeler: Peel logs into thin wood chips. It is a key equipment for plywood production. There are single-axis peeling machines and double-axis peeling machines. You can choose according to the log diameter and production needs.

4. Drying equipment: Dry the peeled wood chips to control the moisture content. For example, use a mesh belt dryer, a drum dryer, etc. to make the moisture content of the wood chips meet the gluing requirements.

5. Gluing equipment: Evenly apply glue on the surface of the dried wood chips. Commonly used roller glue coating machines can accurately control the amount of glue.

6. Hot pressing equipment: Use high temperature and high pressure to glue wood chips together to form plywood, such as multi-layer hot press, continuous hot press, etc.

7. Trimming equipment: Trim the plywood after hot pressing to the specified size. Commonly used trimming saws are used.

8. Sanding equipment: Sand the surface of plywood to make it smooth and improve the flatness and finish, such as sanding machines.
